How will my payment be processed?
We partner with Shopify to process credit and debit card transactions completed through our website. Your credit or debit card information is never shared with us, and at no point in any transaction do we have access to that information. How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on PeterThomasRoth.com are shipped directly from our warehouse using FedEx, USPS and UPS services. Our system determines which courier will deliver your order quickest based on your shipping address.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, depending on product availability.
For standard shipping within the contiguous United States, please allow 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please select the country you wish to ship to using the drop-down menu of countries and currencies at the bottom of our website.
Due to longer processing times for international orders, please allow up to 30 days for orders to be delivered outside the United States.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer 3 shipping methods within the contiguous United States: Standard, 2nd Day and Overnight. We also offer 2 shipping methods for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, which take additional time. Please see below for pricing and shipping time frames.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to start processing within the same business day. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed next business day.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses?
No, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses.
RETURNS FAQS
How long do I have to return an item after purchase?
We are committed to providing you with clinically stronger formulas that help to solve your skin concerns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on PeterThomasRoth.com orders from the contiguous United States within 30 days of the purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: International orders outside the contiguous 48 states in the US, and products earned through our loyalty rewards program are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I return an item?
To start a return on a PeterThomasRoth.com order from the contiguous United States, visit our Returns Portal at https://portal.refundid.com/stores/peter-thomas-roth and enter your order details. You will be prompted to purchase a USPS return shipping label through the portal, or you can opt to use your own shipping label and send the item(s) back to us with your preferred courier service. (We apologize but we do not currently provide prepaid labels and return shipping fees are non-refundable.)
Once you have your return shipping label, securely package your return and attach the label on top, then drop it off with the appropriate courier. For all returns under $100, you will receive your refund once the package is in transit. Returns over $100 will be processed once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse (usually within 72 hours of receipt). The return will be automatically applied to your credit card within an estimated time of 3 to 5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
More information about our return process is as follows:
• International orders outside the contiguous United States and products earned through our loyalty rewards program are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If you choose not to purchase your return shipping label through our Returns Portal, we recommend sending item(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

What should I do if the product I ordered arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item(s). If you return the damaged or defective item(s) to us, we will gladly replace the item(s). Please send an email to support@peterthomasroth.com and include your phone number to receive instructions on how to proceed.
I’m unhappy with my order. Can I make an exchange?
PeterThomasRoth.com is unable to process exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items. Your order may only be refunded and automatically applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Can I return items not purchased at PeterThomasRoth.com?
Only items purchased at PeterThomasRoth.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased a Peter Thomas Roth item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
